Opatch Error 73 Occurs Applying Tuxedo 12.1.3 Rolling Patch (Doc ID 2205399.1)

On : Tuxedo 12.1.3 with PeopleTools 8.55

When attempting to install Tuxedo Rolling Patch with "$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch apply" the following error occurs:

OPatch failed with error code 73

 Note: error code 73 in this case indicates the ORACLE_HOME used by user does not exist in the central inventory
