Servers Frequently Drop In and Out Of Cluster View When JMS Is Enabled (Doc ID 2206056.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.0.0 version

You have a cluster with 4 servers.  Two of the servers have only SSL port enabled.  A JMS module is targeted to these two servers. 

After starting these two servers, there are a lot of drops in/out from the cluster and a PeerGone message is receveived every 60 seconds in the log filles.
