When compile a form with setting the environment variable FORMS_PLSQL_BHVR_COMMON_SQL=1, following ORA-00947 error occurred

This form can compile if set the environment variable FORMS_PLSQL_BHVR_COMMON_SQL=0(default value) or 10g.

Set the environment variable FORMS_PLSQL_BHVR_COMMON_SQL=1 before compiling.
