How To Make Sure Enterprise Capture Batches Are Released from a Specific Client Profile (Doc ID 2208628.1)

Goal

This article describes how to make sure batches are released from a specific client profile.

WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC) releases batches from the currently selected client profile rather than the profile used to scan a batch.  For users that have multiple Client Profiles configured, a user can scan multiple batches in multiple profiles prior to releasing them.  The user then is able to see all batches locked to them in any of their Client Profiles, and release them from any Client Profile.  When the batches are released from a different profile than the scan profile, the document will be processed with the post-processor configured for that profile, but it is not the desired post-processor from the scan profile.

Is there any way to force a batch to be released only by the scan profile?
