Symptoms

11.1.1.8 with folders_g using Archiver

If a document is in a folder, the dcreatedate will be updated when the document Archived into a target system.

If a document is not in a folder then the dcreatedate will stay as the original date.

Testcase
========
Create an archive and export a document that is in a folder. the .hda file shows the correct date. When the document is imported the dcreatedate is changed to a new time. This can cause errors on the Target system
