Enterprise Capture Document Conversion Results in Error "Unable To Write To OutputStream" (Doc ID 2209358.1)

Symptoms

After applying Enterprise Capture Patch 5 <Bug 24558495> and OIT Patch <Bug 24942798>, Capture document conversions are generating the below error:
