Symptoms

During an upgrade of Oracle Watchlist Screening (OWS) from version 8.0.25 to version 12.1.3, the upgrade process is interrupted and the following error is thrown:

The above error precedes an "Error executing script: ERROR: integer out of range" error being thrown. As a result, the upgrade does not complete.

Changes

Upgrade OWS from 8.0.25 to 12.1.3.
