When the IBM MQ Manager is restarted, Tuxedo MQ servers and TMS servers automatically reconnect to the IBM MQ Manager when it's up again.

The question is how many retries they make and what if the MQ Manager remains stopped for 20 minutes or more?

Explain the following Tuxedo MQ related environment variables:

TUXWA4XAER_RMERR=XAER_RMFAIL

TUXWA4ORACLE=1

TM_RM_RECONN_ERR=XAER_RMFAIL
