Adding CJKT Languages Results In WFR OCR Error In Engine "FineReader11 at page 1: Analyze Page failed" Occrurs

Symptoms
After migration from project 1006d to 1007G, receiving the below message:
OCR Error in Engine 'FineReader11' at page 1: Analyze Page failed
When only adding Korean + English, the error does not occur. When adding either Japanese + English and Chinese + English, the error occurs.
Verified that Activate support of non-western languages is checked. Verified that Use multi-byte encoding is checked.
Able to duplicate this error with both the migrated customer project file (.sdp) as well as with the out of the box 1007G project file.
