Unable to Create a New Entry for Supplier Maintenance and Error "ADF_FACES-60098:Faces lifecycle receives unhandled exceptions in phase RENDER_RESPONSE 6" Occurs

Symptoms
When trying to create a new entry for Supplier Maintenance, the system generates the below errors. Creating entries for both Rescan and InvoiceProcessing works without error.
