Symptoms

When attempting to view a document in WebCenter Content: Imaging, the following error occurs in the log:

[IPM_server1] [ERROR] [] [oracle.imaging.service] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '2' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: <User>] [ecid: <ECID>] [APP: imaging] [DSID: <DSID>] [URI: /imaging/renderimage/ZEROdeg/fitFITSCALE/100pct/annotationstrue/page1/<Doc_ID>.JPEG] Document <Document_ID> failed image conversion and cannot be stored in the cache at this time.  Please review the server log for details on the cause of the error.[[<br />oracle.imaging.RenderingException: Document<Document_ID> failed image conversion and cannot be stored in the cache at this time.  Please review the server log for details on the cause of the error.<br /><br />

Changes

Upgraded JRE on the server from 1.6 version to 1.7.
