Symptoms

After upgrade from 11g to 12c:

The following 2 errors are seen in the sites.log:

com.fatwire.wem.sso.SSOException: Failed to acquire ticket, Tried all: '1' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP to server: '<hostname>', port: '<port>'
failed reasons:
