How to Populate User Login Information in the WFR Reporting Table for Exception States (Doc ID 2212677.1)

Goal

By design, user information only gets written to the reporting database after validating and releasing the invoice from Verifier. Is there a way to get the user information into a reporting table like OFRDocument when setting a Batch to an Exception State?
