Receive "error creating beans for blob attribute" When Saving Assets With Blob Vanity URL Configured (Doc ID 2212747.1)

Symptoms

When creating an asset or saving an existing asset, which triggers URL regeneration, the following message occur in log for blob attributes:
"error creating beans for blob attribute"

Auto-generated URL is not being generated.

Changes

The flex family affected does not have a flex filter asset type defined, for example:

Content_A
- Content_PD
  - Content_CD
     - Content_P
       - Content_C

- NO Content_F
