JDeveloper 12g crashes when opening an XSLT in the XSLT Mapper (Doc ID 2213145.1)

Symptoms

Using JDeveloper 12g, the XSLT Mapper will not open an XSLT and the IDE crashes.  This is a new behavior in an existing installation that was previously working.
