Revised Content Items Failed to be Pulled Into Webcenter Sites From Webcenter Content due to "error in opening zip file" (Doc ID 2213354.1)

Symptoms

The revisions made to documents in Web Center Content are showing error when they are pulled into the Webcenter Sites using the connector admin. The updates made to the metadata getting pulled correctly but not the revisions.

"error in opening zip file" is the remark.

On the WebCenter Content side, enable both wcs-integration AND systemdatabase trace to see the following in wcc log:

 

Changes

The DB used by WebCenter Content has recently been upgraded to 11.2.0.4.
