Symptoms
Using Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control(fmwc), accessed at /em after installing a Fusion Middleware product with WebLogic Server.
A domain may have multiple WLS servers, but only one Managed Server shows the incorrect down status in Domain home page.
Using <DOMAIN NAME> and <MANAGED SERVER NAME> as example.
Navigation steps to show incorrect status:
/em > RightPane:Domain Page > Servers section(lower left)
But correct status is shown in the server's page.

/em > Weblogic Domain ><DOMAIN NAME> ><MANAGED SERVER NAME>
