Granular Permissions On SiteCapture?

Goal
With an instance of WebCenter SiteCapture tool 11g, we want to provide access to it for some users so they can check Archived crawls and preview them but we would like to make sure these users don't get access to Crawlers configuration files. Is there a way to have a more granular control on users access to the different SiteCapture functions? Would also be interested to know if there's such feature in 12c version.
