Symptoms

Steps to Reproduce
1. Access and log into the OAM console
2. Navigate to the Authentication Policy in question
3. Select Advanced Rules
4. Notice the Post-Authentication Tab is Greyed out. When you hover over it a message states:

Adaptive Authentication Service is Disable. Enable the service to define Post Authentication Rules.
