Goal

When attempting to configure an SMTP alert handler, the alert handler can be added but this error is returned when trying to enable it:

The operation was rejected for the following reason: [LDAP: error code 53 - Entry cn=SMTP Alert Handler,cn=Alert Handlers,cn=config cannot be modified because one of the configuration change listeners registered for that entry rejected the change: An error occurred while trying to initialize an instance of class org.opends.server.extensions.SMTPAlertHandler as an alert handler as defined in configuration entry cn=SMTP Alert Handler,cn=Alert Handlers,cn=config: The configuration for the alert handler defined in configuration entry cn=SMTP Alert Handler,cn=Alert Handlers,cn=config was not acceptable: The Directory Server is not configured with any SMTP servers. The SMTP alert handler cannot be used unless the Directory Server is configured with information about at least one SMTP server]
