OIM Self Service URL "Reset password in Oracle Adaptive Access Manager" Shows Access Denied

After successfully integrated OIM with OAAM and OAM, while accessing Self Service page of OIM Identity console and clicking on "Reset password in Oracle Adaptive Access Manager" being redirected to OAAM login page with "Access denied" message instead of the expected password reset page.
