When Opening a Batch in the WFR Web Verifier Error "The directory name…is invalid” Occurs (Doc ID 2216042.1)

Symptoms

When opening a batch in WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) Web Verifier, the below error occurs:

"The directory name ...\AP\Global is invalid."

Web Verifier is located on one machine and RTS is on another machine.  There is a shared folder path that is accessible to both machines.  RTS returns no errors.
