When a User Views an Image with WebCenter Content: Imaging Error "The requested document was not found." Occurs (Doc ID 2216273.1)

Symptoms

One user is unable to view images. The user can login to Imaging, view invoices pending for approval, and approve invoices without issue, but when the user selects "Open Invoice" the below error occurs:

Unexpected Error

The requested document was not found.

Other users do not have the same issue.

The WebCenter Content Log reports:

csUserInsufficientAccess

Changes

Added a user to the Imaging user groups and implemented Active Directory
