We are trying to achieve integration between WCS and OAM on one of our local developement environments. For reference, we have followed the steps mentioned in official Oracle documentation at the below link :

Even though we have done each and every step mentioned in the documentation, but still somehow the integration is not working. All we see is a broken /fatwire/wem/Welcome page. Nothing gets printed in the sites.log and the weblogic server logs.
