Service Bus 12c response replaces the Content-Length header with Transfer-Encoding (Doc ID 2217234.1)

Symptoms

When the content length of a Business Service response is more than 10,000 bytes, Service Bus changes the header from Content-Length to Transfer-Encoding.  This can cause upstream applications to fail if they are expecting the Content-Length header.
