Fonts are not Appearing Correctly when Viewing with the WebCenter Content: Imaging Basic Viewer (Doc ID 2217404.1)

Symptoms

Fonts are not appearing correctly for Invoices when viewing with the WebCenter Content: Imaging Basic Viewer.  The below error occurs in the logs:

<Error> <oracle.imaging.service> <BEA-000000> Document xxxxx failed image conversion and cannot be stored in the cache at this time.  Please review the server log for details on the cause of the error. 

Changes

 This occurred after upgrading from Linux 5.7 to 6.6.
