Records Folders Closed Automatically After Retention Category Import on Target WCCREC/URM Server (Doc ID 2218734.1)

Symptoms

After exporting/importing the Retention Schedule from the source WCCREC instance to the target WCCREC instance, it was observed that a significant  amount of imported Records folders became closed in the process even though they were confirmed open in the source server.
