Warning "BEA-090960 The Servers SSL Configuration is not Available. There Will Potentially Be SSL Handshake Failures" in Managed Server Logs (Doc ID 2220637.1)

The following warnings are seen in Managed Server logs

SSL seems to work fine however.

The issue can be easily reproduced as follows:

Use the Configuration Wizard to create a new domain.
Add a Managed Server and enable ssl port for both Admin Server and Managed Server
Start Admin Server with startWeblogic.sh
Start Managed Server with ./startManagedWebLogic.sh server https://localhost:7002
The <BEA-090960> is seen in the managed server logs
Even after a restart of the servers, the <BEA-090960> message appears.
