Symptoms

Provisioning a Database User Management connector application in OIM is taking a long time and the connector server used by the connector has the following error in the connector server log:

There are no errors seen in the OIM server or diagnostic logs. 

Steps to reproduce:

1- Install and configure the DBUM connector using Java Connnector Server.
2- Provision a DBUM application to a user.
