Content Presenter Does Not Show Workflow Options For Framework Applications (Doc ID 2221656.1)

Symptoms

The Content Presenter does not show the workflow options when using data file from Site Studio.

Using a static list to display rows of contents in each TAB/ACCORDION and when a new row in the list added, the content is submitted to workflow and then in Portal, the Preview Pending changes options are not visible.

Test Case :
========

1. Create a new WebCenter Portal Framework application and run the application in JDeveloper and Home.jspx page appears.
2. In the runtime, add a Content Presenter taskflow to the Home.jspx page and associate Content Presenter Template to it and pull the data file which is associated with Workflow present in the Portal Home page.
3. Go to Content server and edit the data file (add a tab or any modification) and come back to Portal home page and go to Contribution mode and notice that there is no Preview Pending changes options like "Approve", "Reject", "Details" present.  It should present these options since the data file associated with Workflow should show these options.
