Goal

The purpose of this note is to give a method to migrate the Web Cache 
configuration settings from one site to another. This method could be 
used to migrate from a test or development site to production.

This is not an official method, though, because it is not supported to edit 
directly the Web Cache configuration files (webcache.xml and 
internal.xml).
