After Upgrading Users Are Not Able To Access The dc-client Browser And Error "Error extracting attachments" Occurs In The Log (Doc ID 2223788.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from 11.1.1.8.0 to 11.1.1.9.0, the following occurs.

 

When accessing the dc-client:

FileNotFoundException

http://server:16400/dc-client/rmcapplet-11.1.1.8.0.jar

This log in user does not have proper rights to use WebCenter Enterprise Capture.
