In Exalogic Virtual racks issue of update Account functionality not working in Enterprise Manager Opscenter is seen. When we click on Update Account in EMOC it will not display the panel to modify the account. In the example here in this Note the issue happened on EMOC build 18.104.22.168.0 (b2519) part of October 2016 PSU. Issue can happen on other 2.0.6.X Virtual PSUs as well.
Below are the symptoms you will observe at the time of the issue.
1.) There is no error logged in the emoc.log (/var/opt/sun/xvm/logs/emoc.log) which usually has information about the changes made in Opscenter console.
2.) If we go in developer mode in Internet Explorer 11 by pressing the F12 Key. We see the below error:-
