Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Unable to login to WLS Console or Administer WebCenter Portal With a user from the External LDAP.
FACTS
- WebCenter Portal domain was configured with OID as external LDAP, but issue can happen with other external LDAPs.
- When attempting to login to WLS Console with an user from the external LDAP the user has no access.
- When login to WebCenter Portal with a user from the external LDAP the user can't see the Administration link.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to be able to login to WLS Console or perform administration tasks in WebCenter Portal using a user from the external LDAP.
