LDAP User Create and Update Reconciliation Job Always Changing User Org to Default Value Set in Job Attributes for "Create Action" (Doc ID 2224821.1)

Symptoms

OIM 11.1.2.3 configured with LDAP Sync to OID: When ever the 'LDAP User Create and Update Reconciliation' job runs, it sets the Organization to the default on the job for all the users being reconciled in from OID (Updates and New Users).

Steps to recreate -

1. Create user in OIM in org X
2. user created in OIM and OID
3. Run 'LDAP User Create and Update Reconciliation' job
4. LDAP user recon event created and when processed it sets the user's org to default set on scheduled job. (Xellerate Users)

In step for the users org should remain as X.
