Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11g Kerberos/WNA Authentication Fails for Users in a Specific AD Domain: An incorrect Username or Password was Specified
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open a new browser session and call the protected resource
2. The browser displays the following:
Error
An incorrect Username or Password was specified
An incorrect Username or Password was specified
- Oracle Access Manager 11g (OAM 11.1.2.3.0)
- Multiple Active Directory (AD) Domains
- Users in Domain A work
- Users in Domain B do not work
- Command used to create first domain keytab:
- kinit command output of multiple domains fails: kinit(v5): Preauthentication failed while getting initial credentials
