WebCenter Content: Imaging Connection to the WebCenter Content Server is Failing with Error " Unable to initialize connection idc://localhost:4444" and "TCM-00787: A repository error occurred" (Doc ID 2225356.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to test the connection from the Imaging Server to the WebCenter Content Server, the following error occurs:

Cannot Verify Oracle Webcenter Content Imaging support for the target Content Server. Ensure that the Content Server has been configured with the necessary Oracle Webcenter Content Imaging


The Imaging server logs have the following errors:
