Symptoms

 Running an outdated version of the MessageQ product (V4.0A-113(RP73))

EVL log has lots of messages similar to the following:

DECNET_LD 15-NOV-2016 09:21:35.17 W GMT or system time may be incorrect.

Q1: Please confirm whether or not the DMQ$GMT_OFFSET logical name needed to get defined on both ends of the communication link (note that the OTHER end does not display this message)
Q2: Please confirm whether or not DECNET_LD requires having it defined.
