Entries in the Attachment Relationship Attributes or Entity Specific Configuration Not Working as Expected (Doc ID 2225491.1)

Symptoms

In the WebCenter Content Managed Attachment configuration page, entries are added to Attachment Relationship Attributes or Entity Specific Configuration.

Such as adding to the Entity Specific Configuration so that a specific Application and Business Object Type will trigger a different WCC profile.

After making the addition, the configuration doesn't work as expected.

As in the previous example, the new profile doesn't get triggered.
