BPM Task Flows Not Displaying in WebCenter Portal (Doc ID 2225996.1)

After a clean install of WebCenter Portal (WCP) and Business Process Management (BPM), the out-of-the-box BPM task flows fail with the error message:

“An unresolvable error has occured. Please contact your administrator for more information.”
