Symptoms
Webcenter Content 11.1.1.7.0 is integrated with EBS 12.2.5 for Managed Attachment functionality.
In this scenario, a user invokes the Proxy User functionality from EBS where one user would log-in as another user (for business reasons) and look up the attachments for the original user. This works fine when using EBS 11i but with EBS 12.2.5 the same functionality shows an error and does not retrieve the attachments.
Following is the error displayed :
Supplemental Detail intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csUnableToRetrieveSearchResults!wwInvalidUser,abc.test@site.com
