Symptoms
After uploading documents in Imaging using custom Java code, these documents are not able to be viewed or downloaded. The following error occurs when viewing/downloading:
"A cache exception occurred. J2EE JOC-044 An exception is occurring in the method. CacheAccess.get Error counting pages while loading cache entry J2EE JOC-043 base exception: null"
Diagnostic log error:
DISPLAY environment variable must be set because OIT rendering is not available on this platform.
