You've added the OWSM Binding Authorization Security Policies for restricting role based access to Service Bus and SOA services and attached to a Service Bus REST service along with oracle/http_basic_auth_over_ssl_service_policy for authentication. Invocation fails with error:

If the same policy is attached to a Service Bus – SOAP service or SOA Composite with SOAP and REST based endpoints it works fine.
