The following are the common errors and solutions that happen while accessing starting /
stopping OC4J in Developer Suite (9iDS, 10gDS, and 10g Release 2 DS).

NOTE: In this article, startinst.sh/stopinst.sh is used for UNIX platforms, such
as Solaris, Linux, HP, AIX...) and startinst.bat/stopinst.bat used in Windows
installations.
