Auto Populating a Specific Metadata Field in a Capture Profile Caused the Value to be Blank (Doc ID 2227809.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on a locked field with a Default value in the Capture Client, the value will be blanked out and upon release will carry that [blank] value to Commit. The user will be unable to put any other value including the default value back in that field.
