Tuxedo 12.1.1 64-bit on Exalogic 2.0 Virtual Linux x86-64 with PeopleSoft

After installed Tuxedo 12.1.1 rolling patch get the following errors when trying to boot the domain:

Installed Tuxedo 12.1.1 rolling patch RP080 binaries onto existing Tuxedo 12.1.1 directory.
