Getting Error When View Documents, Error - A Cache Exception Occurred. A Repository Error Occurred (Doc ID 2229031.1)

Symptoms

When viewing a document, the viewer is displaying the error:

Error - A cache exception occurred. A repository error occurred

This occurs with more than one client.

The below error occurs in the Capture Diagnostic log:
