Unable to Connect Enterprise Capture to DOCS and Error "Failed to connect to Oracle Documents Cloud Service" Occurs

Symptoms

When attempting to connect WebCenter Enterprise Capture 12.2.1.2 to Document Cloud Services, the commit driver throws the error shown below. The patch to enable the Document Cloud Services offering has been downloaded and applied.  Are there specific ports or security that needs to be configured in order to allow authentication?

Failed to connect to Oracle Documents Cloud Service.oracle.odc.exception.CaptureException: javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: java.net.UnknownHostException: docs-team.documens.us2.oraclecloud.com
