Symptoms

Installed a new instances of 12.1.3.0.0  Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) in the same domain.
After the installation, unable to start the OHS component
The startup command results in the following:



In the DOMAIN_HOME/servers/ohs1/logs/ohs1.log
