Enterprise Capture Client Profiles Imported from Another System Cannot be Deleted

Client profiles imported from another system cannot be deleted and the following error occurs:
This is not dependent on operating system and occurs using any version of 12c. This only occurs when importing a workspace. Creating a new workspace and profiles does not cause the issue.
